Stone Soup Giveaway

The Stone Soup Challenge is hosting another giveaway for the month of June - and the guest host is me!

As many of you know, The Stone Soup Challenge is a grassroots movement, started by Laura Bray, as a way for artists & crafters to help one another during these difficult economic times. To gain exposure to the movement, and so that we can help the most people, The Stone Soup Challenge has decided to host monthly giveaways. At the beginning of each month, a different challenger will offer a great giveaway. Be sure to bookmark the Stone Soup Challenge blog so that you won't miss out on the chance to win some great prizes. You are welcome to become a challenger too!

ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: I am giving away a giclee print of one of my most-commented-on Ireland photographs, "Celtic Knots." The print will be matted in an 11x14" archival mat, ready to fit into a standard 11x14" frame.

To win this print, simply leave a comment on this post. Just peruse my Etsy shop items, come back to this blog page and leave a comment, telling me about your favorite item in my shop ( ). I'll announce the winner on June 29!

If you are on Twitter, you may leave a comment for me there - be sure to send your comment to @IrishPhotos.

P.S. If you are a Stone Soup Challenger and want to host a giveaway, please contact Laura Bray for more information!

  1. I'm posting this over on the Stone Soup Blog now! Thanks for hosting.

  2. I almost forgot! I'm torn between the Spider Tea print or the Hydragenea (sp?) Tea. I think it might be the Hydragenea...gorgeous-magical.

  3. My favorite is also the Hydrangea Tea picture-- you've just got the light poured across it like thick cream on berries!

But the giveaway photo is wow! Where in Ireland is that tree? I think I see faces in there...

  4. Thank you, Cara! The tree is in Killarney, at Ladies' View, a great vantage point and a stop on the Ring of Kerry tour.

(And you're right - now I am seeing faces in there, too!)

  5. Ooh there are some lovely ones, its tricky to choose. I think 'Blue Lagoon'

  6. Hi Mary!
Have to say that "Blooming" caught my eye today. It is so simple, yet so pretty.

  7. Thank you, Nic and Laura, for those kind words!

  8. I am a little surprised in myself, but I cannot take my eyes off of the "Dooling Golfers"!
Be it the wonderful blue sky; the costumes; the casual stance of the man; the simple contrasts; or the wonderful way you captured the clouds....
I don't even have a "thing" for golf!

So, I am offically stating it. Although I ams BIG fan of the giclee work, the Doolin Golfers is my favorite of your current items on Etsy!
Thanks for the opportunity to enter this contest!
